Miele Head Quarters Visit

Premier Electrics has just successfully attended a factory tour of Miele headquarters in Germany. The tour comprised visits to the vacuum cleaner and dishwasher assembly factory in Bielefeld and the washing machine factory in Gütersloh. We also had the opportunity to look around the Miele museum and meet senior members of Miele staff.

The tour was a huge success. By viewing the entire stages of production it was evident how much emphasis and dedication is given to the quality and innovation of their products. Visiting the Headquarters at Miele was truly was an eye opener. We would like to take this opportunity to thank David, Simon, Becky and all at Miele for the invitation and hospitality.

Smelly Washing Machine

I am having a problem with my washing machine and wonder before I buy a washing machine if there is anything I can do? I have taken off the outlet pipe, I also had the pipe to the pump off, but I couldnt see a problem with these. I think that the smell is coming from the drum! Whatever I try and do the smell will not go away and there does seem to be some mould inside. I'm wondering if something has got into the tub somehow but there has never been a problem emptying it. If there is a solution to this washing machine problem I would love to know before I buy a new washing machine.

The New Entry Level Bosch Washing Machine is a Hit!

The New Bosch WAE24166GB washing machine has received a great response already. The WAE24166GB has a 1200 spin speed, some may say that they would prefer a faster spin speed to save time on drying, but in having a faster spin speed you more often than not will inherit a washing machine that wont last due to the fact that the faster it is spinning the harder it will be working. That aside, as long as you do not overfill your wahing machine it should dry fairly well anyway.

Now going back to some other features of the Bosch WAE24166GB; There is a 6kg drum, nothing too special about that but it is a sufficient size for the average size family. It also comes with Bosch Super Quick wash that many are now accustom to, this is a 15 min wash programme, that is great for freshening up your shirts or T-Shirts.
